What is Conjunctivitis?
Conjunctivitis is also known as pinkeye. This condition is inflammation and infection of the inside of the eyelid and the whites of the eyes themselves.
Although this is commonly a viral occurrence but sometimes bacteria can be involved. When bacteria are present in this infection there will be thick yellow-green mucus.
Some forms of conjunctivitis can also be spawned by allergies environmental attributes such as contaminants.
