Cherries-They can be eaten or drink at least a glass of cherry juice a day.

• Apples- 1 apple per day will give relief from gout.

• Bananas- Eat 3 to 4 bananas a day. They have minerals for the healing process.

• Drink Water- 6-8 glasses of water per day is important to help kidneys flush out the system. Add juice of a ½ of a lemon to at least three times a day.
