Raw Food Diet for Skin Warts
To date there are no studies that demonstrate eating a raw food diet eliminate skin warts according to an article published by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). What is known is that a diet that includes vitamins that contribute to healthy skin, such as vitamins A, C and E---antioxidants, are easily found in raw foods and might help diminish skin warts.
There are anecdotal home remedies, such as applying raw garlic or raw fruit peels that contain alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) to the skin that help diminish skin

Raw Foods
Eating raw coleslaw or raw shredded cabbage will provide vitamin C, which can help diminish skin warts over several weeks. Advocates of a completely raw food diet say that you will get the most enzymes, vitamins and minerals from vegetables and fruits as these are not destroyed by the heat of cooking.
Both papaya and pineapple are rich in vitamin C and also contain bromelain, which can help improve digestion.

Use Raw Foods Topically
Another home remedy is to apply raw pineapple or papaya fruit pulp to the skin warts directly. This provides alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) that are found in many commercial skincare products in the form of fruit acids or sugar cane or even red wine.

To make an AHA at home, slice and crush a small amount of pineapple, papaya or mango and apply the juices to the skin warts.
Eat Raw Fruits and Vegetables Daily

While hardcore raw food enthusiasts might insist on eating a diet that consists of all raw foods, this is difficult for most people. Instead, think of the antioxidant vitamins A and C that are found in many fruits and vegetables. Raw nuts have vitamin E which is very good for the skin.

For example, you can consider adding shredded raw fruits such as apple or carrot into salads or as a snack.

Eating sprouted seeds such as clover or chia seeds are also a way to eat raw foods daily. Nearly any seed can be sprouted and the protein is made more digestible that way.
