Natural Remedies For Rash Problems
There are alternative eczema treatments if you are looking to use natural ingredients or health store items to help relieve the rash symptoms. Certain countries such as India, for example, use neem oil for eczema as well as other skin problems. One of my yoga students from India said her mother would boil neem leaves in coconut oil, cool it down and apply to her sister's skin four times a day to help the skin clear.

Another remedy that is used for dermatitis is taking probiotics. This can be done by supplements available in the refrigerated section of health food stores. They will say on the label that they contain acidopholous, bifidus and live cultures. Some say that this good bacteria is excellent in warding off allergic responses. You can also find live cultures in certain yogurts but it's important to read the labels closely to be sure they are listed.

Orally taking evening primrose oil has been a natural remedy for eczema some sufferers have found helpful. This is high in essential fatty acids and reduces skin inflammation. Borage oil and flax seed oil are also used internally due to the omega 3 and omega 6 benefits for redness and itching. If your skin is dry and has scales these supplements can help to lubricate the skin.

Drinking water, having lots of green vegetables, avoiding allergenic foods like eggs and dairy and moisturizing the skin with natural oils are other useful hints to alleviate eczema skin problems. Remember to walk, exercise and keep your immune system strong so your body can heal.
