Home remedies for blood circulation

Try these home remedies to improve blood circulation:

1) Mustard Plaster: Take dry mustard powder, add hot water and stir well. Take a paper towel and spread this mixture on it. Sandwich this between two thick cotton towels.

Apply the sandwich to the skin and leave on till the skin becomes red and warm. Then remove and wipe off remaining mustard plaster from the skin with towels.



2) Soy Bancha Tea: Take 1-2 teaspoons of tamari soy sauce and pour 1 cup of hot bancha twig tea into it.

Stir and drink hot. This also relieves fatigue and neutralises acidic blood condition.
