HOME REMEDIES
Home remedies have been around for hundreds of years, successfully treating many of these challenges and I'm very excited to introduce a home remedy that I came across when challenged with an abscessed tooth that would not respond to home remedies I knew of, or finally, out of desperation, treatment with pennicillin.

This home treatment is called Oil Pulling and when I first read about this I became excited because of the wide range of ailments this treatment can address.

Simply put, Oil Pulling is using 1 tablespoon of oil (sesame seed or Sunflower Oil) and swishing this oil in ones mouth, pushing and pulling the oil through the teeth for 15 - 20 minutes per session.

The oil mixes with our own saliva and literally pulls toxins and heavy metals from the body.

During a Pulling Session you should not swallow the oil as it becomes toxic, simply swish for the alloted time then when finished dispose of the oil.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OIL PULLING:

In the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach take one tablespoon of the preferred Oil in the mouth but do not swallow it. Move Oil Slowly in the mouth, rinsing or swishing and Dr Karach puts it as ' sip, suck and pull through the teeth' for fifteen to twenty minutes. This process makes the oil thoroughly mix with your own saliva. The swishing activates the enzymes and the enzymes draw toxins out of the blood. The oil must not be swallowed, it has become toxic.

As the process continues, the oil gets thinner and white. If the oil is still yellow, it has not been pulled long enough. It is then spit from the mouth, the oral cavity must be thoroughly rinsed and mouth must be washed thoroughly using water and your fingers to clean.

The spittle contains harmful bacteria and should be disposed of. It is advised to not dispose in the sink as this could, over time cause clogged pipes, however should you spit this into a sink, clean well to remove all harmful bacteria from all surfaces.

During the oil-pulling/swishing process one's metabolism is intensified. This leads to improved health.

This can be repeated 2 or 3 times throughout the day, to improve healing, but always on an empty stomach, before meals.
